Semalam terima call dari kawan, katanya ada orang nak jual kambing boer in large quantities. Hmmmm...boer memang tak minat lah nak ambik, but out of curiosity, member pun email lah the details. Siapa yang nak baca ni pakai smartphone ke, iPad ke tengah berdiri, minta duduk ye. Anda mungkin akan terkejut beruk .................. mungkin lah.

Company xxx Farms (M) Sdn Bhd located in Perak. (ada buat company background check sikit tapi tak banyak sangat info langsung, even photos pun tarak.)

STOCKS: 663 BOER GOATS to let go. (Tu dia!! ini bukan large but enormous) Dahsyat company ni, a dream amount for goat breeders to have. Menuju ke arah Jutawan kambing ni.

Breakdown on stocks :

11 local male (2 pejantan umur 2 tahun. 9 jantan 8 month old)

118 female import > 4 years old. 13 ekor bunting

236 female local > 4 years old. 22 ekor bunting

130 kids male

168 kids female.

Offer duration : 

tentatively 1 week (or) first buyer payment confirmation (to declare interest.) Purchase upon negotiation. Meet up is recommended. Trip to farm encouraged.

Logistics : 

may be subsidised or borne by us depending on the price agreed.

Captivity : 

XXX Farms agrees to keep the goats on it's captivity for a maximum of 2 months whilst transportation is being arranged upon payment.

Facilities : 

not for sale but upon request, the state of the art facilities may be sold partially. Valued around 2m but if we could afford to offload, it would be at bargain price.

But the offer duration is very tight as xxx Farms needs to clear their stocks ASAP.

Price : 

500k above (recommended below 600k) negotiable. (Lebih kurang RM700 - RM800 seekor boer)

Tuan puan penternak sekalian, you can judge and conclude for yourself. Macam macam angle boleh dirungkaikan. I know nothing more, cuma nak share saje. 

Ada kemungkinan, stock clearance xxx Farm ni ada kaitan dengan cerita ini jugak. I maybe wrong.
