Dua hari lepas, wife saya dah plan nak masak pasta yang cream sauce tu. Bila tengok dia beli bahan bahan dan ingredients tu, my wife beli satu kotak susu lembu.
"Pakai susu ke?" saya tanya. (Kita mana tahu. Tahu makan je)
"Ye, sebab tak nak pakai susu krim." katanya.
"Why don't you use goat's milk instead?" saya balas dengan penuh confident.
"Aa'aah! Boleh jugak! Tak teringat ada susu kambing" kata isteri tersayang.
"Ekelehhhh....." respon ku. Tiap tiap hari buka fridge, susu kambing depan mata tu.

Yesterday was also a special treat for us. We had visitors too joining us to try the pasta. It was indeed a privilege to have a fellow breeder in the house. Quite impromptu, but we manage to meet up for the first time. Kenal beliau ni dari blog dia je. He is none other then the blog owner of 'House of Goats' Tuan El Cabras Hambriento! All the way from Kelantan.

A special thank you to my wife for cooking the delicious dish. Memang sodap. Pakai susu kambing ni, sauce dia tak rasa cepat muak. According to wife, bila masak guna susu kambing ni, dia tak cepat berbuih dan berketul. Less stirring needed and the sauce turns out very smooth. Bila makan, sauce tu tak melekit kat pasta, walaupun ada cheese.
This is a healthy pasta dish. Bolehlah try buat. One way to start introducing goat's milk in the family punya diet.
The company was awesome too!. Thank you tuan ECL for sharing your history, some goat knowledge, the fruits and making time to visit on such short notice. We hope you and your family enjoyed the experimental dinner menu.
Maka dengan itu, sempena lawatan tuan, we dedicate this pasta recipe and shall name it Pasta Leche De Cabras!!
